A full marketing site: up to six pages, custom design, mobile-first responsive layout, local SEO foundations (schema markup, metadata, sitemap, robots), Vercel deployment, and transfer of the GitHub repository and domain to you. Two rounds of revisions before launch. No templates, no monthly fees.

What makes a site dynamic and cost $1,000 or more?

Accepted Answer

Anything that needs to change after launch without a developer: a menu you update weekly, blog posts, bookings, product listings, a contact form that routes to multiple inboxes, or integrations with tools like Stripe, Calendly, or a CRM. We quote dynamic work per project based on scope, starting at $1,000.

Do I really own the code and the domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On launch day we transfer the GitHub repository to your account and the domain registration to your registrar account. Hosting on Vercel lives under your Vercel account, not ours. If you ever want to move to another developer or another host, nothing is locked in.

Question 4

What if I already have a domain?

Accepted Answer

We use it. We handle the DNS configuration to point your existing domain at the new site. If you want to keep the domain at your current registrar, that is fine. If you want us to help you move it somewhere cleaner, we will.

What does the 7-day timeline look like, day by day?

Accepted Answer

Day 1: 15-minute discovery call and written brief. Days 2-3: design on a live staging subdomain. Days 4-5: build in Next.js with real copy and images. Day 6: review call and final revisions. Day 7: launch on your domain. Every step has a fixed end, so scope cannot quietly drift.

Do you host it? What if I want to move it later?

We deploy on Vercel under your account, not ours. You control the hosting bill (the free tier covers most small-business traffic). If you want to move to a different host later, the static export runs anywhere that serves HTML — S3, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, your own server.

Question 7

What if I need changes after launch?

Accepted Answer

Small copy and image edits within the first 30 days are included. After that, hourly edits or a light monthly retainer are available. Because you own the code, you can also hire any developer to make changes.

Do you do SEO?

Accepted Answer

The foundation, yes: clean semantic HTML, JSON-LD structured data (Organization, LocalBusiness, Service), fast Core Web Vitals, an XML sitemap, a robots file, and metadata tuned to your service area. Ongoing SEO (link building, content production, rank tracking) is a separate engagement.
