Day 1
Brief
A 15-minute discovery call. We align on goals, scope, and voice.
You answer a short intake form before the call. On the call, we confirm pages, audience, and brand feel. By end of day one, you have a written brief and a locked launch date.
Days 2-3
Design
A bespoke layout system, informed by your category and competitors.
We draft the hero, the proof, the pricing, and the CTAs. You see a live preview — not a slide deck — on a staging subdomain. One revision pass before we move to build.
Days 4-5
Build
Production Next.js code, static-exported, SEO-wired, mobile-perfect.
Real copy, real images, real schema. Lighthouse scores above 95. No page builder lock-in. No monthly platform fee waiting in the wings.
Day 6
Review
Final pass together. Copy tweaks, CTA wording, a last polish.
We walk the site end-to-end on a short call. Anything you want changed gets changed same day. No open tickets, no hand-waving.
Day 7
Launch
Site goes live on your domain. Code, DNS, and hosting transferred to you.
You own the GitHub repo, the domain, and the Vercel project. Cancel us, keep the site. That is the point.
